气缸盖螺栓断裂失效的分析

Analysis of Cylinder Head Bolt Fracture Failure

  • 摘要: 分析断裂气缸盖螺栓的宏观及微观断口形貌、金相组织、力学性能、化学成分和氢含量检测,通过对比螺栓的表、芯硬度检测情况, 分析结果表明, 气缸盖螺栓的失效模式为氢脆。引起螺栓氢脆的根本原因是螺栓表面増碳导致硬度过高,诱发氢脆断裂。

     

    Abstract: The macroscopic and microscopic fracture morphology, metallographic structure, mechanical properties, chemical composition, and hydrogen content of fractured cylinder head bolts were analyzed. By comparing the surface and core hardness test results of the bolts, the analysis indicated that the failure mode of the cylinder head bolts was hydrogen embrittlement. The root cause of the hydrogen embrittlement in the bolts was surfac carburization, which led to excessively high hardness and induced hydrogen embrittlement fracture.
