  • 摘要: 某热水锅炉风机盘管管道在使用约三年后相继出现多处漏水,该批风机盘管管道采用Q215热镀锌钢管。为查明原因,对现场切取的部分钢管分别进行宏观检测、化学成分分析、内壁附着物检测、显微组织检验、力学性能检测、开孔处形貌分析及能谱分析等试验。结果表明钢管的化学成分、力学性能均符合标准要求;循环水中氧含量超标,管道内壁存在较多的附着物,使管道氧腐蚀失效。

     

    Abstract: The boiler fan coil pipe in about three years after the use of multiple water leakage, this batch of fan coil pipe Q215 hot-dip galvanized steel pipe. In order to find out the cause, some of the steel pipes cut on site were respectively subjected to macroscopic testing, chemical composition analysis, inner wall adhesion detection, microstructure inspection, mechanical property detection, hole topography analysis and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the pipe meet the standard requirements, the oxygen content of circulating water exceeds the standard, and there are more attachments on the inner wall of the pipe, which makes the pipe oxygen corrosion ineffective.
