Research on Deep Carburizing Process of 18Cr2Ni4WA Steel

  • 摘要: 18Cr2Ni4WA钢为航空常用合金渗碳钢, 渗碳质量的稳定性直接影响到产品的可靠性与使用寿命。本文介绍对18Cr2Ni4WA钢渗碳温度、渗碳时间、碳势的选择与控制,及渗层性能的检测方法,通过试验确定出不同渗层深度的工艺参数。

     

    Abstract: 18Cr2Ni4WA steel is an alloy carburizing steel commonly used in aviation. The stability of carburizing quality directly affects the reliability and service life of products. This paper introduces the selection and control of carburizing temperature, carburizing time and carbon potential of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, and the test method of carburizing layer performance. The process parameters of different carburizing layer depth are also determined by tests.
