摘要: 汽车轻量化是目前汽车制造厂商关注的焦点.本文针对某商用自卸车车厢轻量化方面,对车厢结构设计与轻量化材料的应用等进行了有效的尝试.采用高强DL700材料,进行了车厢轻量化设计,对比轻量化前后整个车厢的受载情况,进行了多种不同工况下的CAE模态分析,进行了材料抗撞击模拟试验.CAE分析和物理模拟试验结果,证明了该轻量化车厢设计的合理性,在实际运营过程中获得了用户的好评.
