07MnNiMoDR/10Ni3MoVD Steel Submerged Arc Automatic Welding Process Test

  • 摘要: 本研究主要针对高强钢球罐所用的07MnNiMoDR钢板和10Ni3MoVD锻件间的埋弧焊焊接工艺进行研究。试验内容包含焊接材料的选择、试板焊接及在不同热处理保温时间后进行力学性能试验。试验结果表明:采用EF1焊丝和F9P6-EF1-F1焊剂,通过制定焊接工艺参数,进行试板焊接,并经过575±15℃热处理,保温温度分别为2h、4h、6h后,焊接接头的力学性能试验结果均满足标准和设计要求。

     

    Abstract: In this study, the submerged arc welding process between 07MnNiMoDR steel plate and 10Ni3MoVD forgings for high strength steel spherical tank was studied. The content of the test includes the selection of welding material, the welding of test plate, and the mechanical properties test after different heat treatment and holding time. The results show that the test plate is welded with EF1 wire and F9P6-EF1-F1 flux, and after heat treatment of 575±15°C, the holding temperature is 2h, 4h, 6h respectively, the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the standard and design requirements.
