Abstract:
In-depth analysis and research were conducted on the cracking problems that occurred during the processing of U-shaped steel supports. Firstly, the basic process U-shaped steel support processing and the key points of material selection were introduced. Then, different processing methods and their possible cracking forms were expounded in detail. Through the main reasons for the occurrence of cracks, including material factors, process parameters and equipment conditions, corresponding prevention and improvement measures were proposed. The research results have important guiding for improving the quality of U-shaped steel bending processing and reducing cracking defects.
