Welding Technology of Marine Atmosphere Corrosion-Resisting Steel for Suspension Bridge Anchoring Structure

  • 摘要: 新型耐海洋大气腐蚀钢Q345qDNHY-Ⅰ首次应用于狮子洋大桥锚固系统制造,为满足锚固系统杆件生产需求,开展了该钢种典型接头的焊接工艺评定试验,确定了合理的坡口参数、焊接方法及工艺参数,并制定合理的焊接顺序。基于评定结果编制的焊接工艺有效指导了车间生产,保障了锚固系统杆件的制造质量,为该钢种在同类桥梁工程中的应用提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Abstract:The new type of marine atmosphere corrosion-resisting steel Q345qDNHY-Ⅰ was first applied to the fabrication of the anchorage system of Shiziyang Bridge. To meet the production requirements of the anchorage system components, welding procedure qualification tests for typical joints of this steel grade were carried out. Reasonable groove parameters, welding methods and process parameters were determined, and a proper welding sequence was formulated. The welding procedure compiled based on the qualification results has effectively guided workshop production, ensured the fabrication quality of the anchorage system components, and provided technical support for the application of this steel grade in similar bridge engineering projects.
