智能激光清洗技术研究进展及应用展望

Research progress and application prospects of intelligent laser cleaning technology

  • 摘要: 激光清洗是一种高效、环保的表面涂层清洗技术,通过激光与涂层材料间的多物理场耦合作用,使得涂层快速分解并脱离待除表面,实现待除涂层的高效去除。目前激光清洗以机理研究为主,缺乏智能化目标识别及反馈控制机制,难以完成非均匀随机损伤多层异质涂层去除任务。学者将机器视觉、人工智能等前沿理论不断与激光清洗技术深度融合,推动着其进一步向更高效、更智能的方向发展。文中分析和总结了近年来在激光清洗离线检测技术、去除过程在线监测技术以及激光清洗装备自主路径规划技术的研究进展,展望了智能激光清洗技术的未来发展趋势。

     

    Abstract: Laser cleaning is an efficient and environmentally friendly technology for cleaning surface coatings. By coupling the multiple physical fields between the laser and the coating material, the coating rapidly decomposes and detaches from the surface to be removed, achieving efficient removal of the coating to be removed. At present, laser cleaning is dominated by mechanism research, lacking intelligent target identification and feedback control mechanisms, which make it difficult to accomplish the task of removing multi-layer heterogeneous coatings with non-uniform random damage. Scholars have continually fused cutting-edge theories such as machine vision and artificial intelligence with laser cleaning technology, driving it further towards more efficient and intelligent directions. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research progress of laser cleaning technology in recent years, such as offline detection technology, online monitoring technology of removal process and autonomous path planning technology of laser cleaning equipment.
