半固态注射成型工艺参数对AZ91D流动性及力学性能的影响

Effect of semisolid injection molding process parameters on the flowability and mechanical properties of AZ91D

  • 摘要:   镁合金半固态注射成型技术在各个领域的应用迅速发展,半固态浆料的充型性对铸件的力学性能至关重要。本文系统研究了成型温度、注射压力、模具温度和保压时间对AZ91D半固态浆料充型距离的影响规律,掌握半固态浆料的流动性规律以及充型距离对力学性能的影响。试验结果表明成型温度在595 - 600℃,模具温度在230-250℃、注射速度在2.0-2.3m/s,保压时间在1.0 s时的铸件充型质量最佳。结果还表明距离注射口距离过近或过远对力学性能均不利。
     

     

    Abstract: The filling ability of semi-solid slurry is crucial to the mechanical properties of castings. In this study, the effects of forming temperature, injection pressure, mold temperature, and holding time on the filling distance of AZ91D semi-solid slurry were systematically investigated. The flow behavior of the semi-solid slurry and the influence of filling distance on mechanical properties were clarified. The experimental results indicate that the optimal filling quality is achieved at a forming temperature of 595-600 °C, a mold temperature of 230–250 °C, an injection velocity of 2.0–2.3m/s, and a holding time of 1.0 s. The results also show that both excessively short and excessively long distances from the injection gate are detrimental to the mechanical properties.
