运载器高性能轻质金属舱段材料工艺探讨

Discussion on Material and processing of Lightweight Metallic Modules with High Properties of Launch Vehicles

  • 摘要: 金属舱段是航天运载器重要主结构,要求产品高性能、轻质、低成本制造,长期可重复使用运载器要求结构更强壮可靠。高性能铝合在金舱段结构材料应用中占比最大,砂型铸造、高性能变形铝合金及其锻造、旋压成形、连接装配等仍将是主要结构制造方式。高性能镁合金结构减重应用潜力大。增材制造应用呈快速上升趋势。结合工程研究及有关文献,对相关材料工艺应用特点与发展现状进行了分析,提出了研究应用发展建议。以面向产品全生命周期要求综合权衡确定产品研制材料工 艺技术路线,深化关键高性能材料工艺研究应用,促进产品强壮可靠,研制高效顺畅。

     

    Abstract: Metallic modules are main important structures of expendable launch vehicles. It is required that the products have high properties, lightweight and manufacturing with low costs and the structures of long-term reusable launch vehicles need much more stronger and reliable. Aluminium alloys of high properties has the biggest proportion of structural materials among metallic modules, and sand casting, forging, spinning forming, joining assemblies, etc. of deformed aluminum alloys with high properties are still main structural manufacturing technologies. Magnesium alloy with high properties has great potential applications to decrease the structural weight. The applications of additive manufacturing are rising rapidly. Combining relevant engineering researches and some documents, it analyses the research status of relevant material processing of the above mentioned, and it puts forward some applying and developing proposals. It is beneficial to determine the technological lines of material processing of products development with synthetic balancing oriented to the whole life cycle, and to deepen crucial research and application of material and processing with high properties, and to promote strong and reliable products and high efficient smooth production.
