不锈钢复合板压力容器的腐蚀缺陷分析与制造过程控制

Corrosion defect analysis and manufacturing process control of stainless steel clad plate pressure vessel

  • 摘要: 碳钢/低合金钢-不锈钢复合板在保证了压力容器所需的力学性能(如强度、韧性)、耐腐蚀性的同时,其出色的经济性在压力容器上应用广泛;现以某两公司其主壳材质为Q345R+S30403(N10276)的PTA项目精制结晶器、天然气制乙二醇项目塔器复合板设备为例,对运行过程中出现的的腐蚀穿孔原因进行分析,优化制造、检维修工艺及防腐控制措施,进一步提高在制和检维修设备的质量。

     

    Abstract: Carbon steel/low alloy steel-stainless steel composite plate ensures the mechanical properties (such as strength, toughness) and corrosion resistance required by pressure vessels, and its excellent economy is widely used in pressure vessels; Taking two companies whose main shell material is Q345R+S30403 (N10276) PTA crystallizer and natural gas glycol tower composite plate equipment as examples, the causes of corrosion and perforation during operation were analyzed, and the manufacturing, inspection and maintenance process and anti-corrosion control measures were optimized to further improve the quality of the equipment in the process of manufacture and inspection and maintenance.
