-101℃低温钢用埋弧焊材的研制及接头性能的研究

Development of Submerged Arc Welding Materials for -101 ℃ Low Temperature Steel and Study on Joint Performance

  • 摘要: 本文研制的-101℃低温钢用埋弧焊焊剂具有的良好焊接工艺性能,配合金威设计开发的-101℃低温钢专用焊丝ENi3,焊接过程稳定,脱渣性能良好、焊道成型及外观质量优良,焊缝金属杂质含量低。焊缝熔敷金属及其焊接接头在-101℃环境下仍具有优异的低温冲击性能,新研发的-101℃低温钢用焊材及其相关力学性能试验数据满足国家标准GB/T 5293、压力容器标准NB/T 47018和相关技术协议的要求。

     

    Abstract: The submerged arc welding flux for -101°C low temperature steel developed in this study has good welding process performance, stable arc in welding process, good slag removal performance, excellent weld bead forming and low impurity content in weld metal. The weld deposited metal and its welded joints have excellent low-temperature impact toughness at -101°C. The mechanical properties of the welding material meet the requirements of national standard GB/T 5293, pressure vessel standard NB/T 47018 and related technical agreements.
