  • 摘要: 中频感应淬火技术因其高效、节能、易于实现自动化等显著优点,成为乘用车曲轴表面强化的主流工艺,提高了曲轴轴颈表面的耐磨性和疲劳强度,提升了发动机的可靠性与使用寿命。本文系统阐述了中频感应淬火的基本原理,结合批量生产过程,深入分析了感应淬火生产质量的关键指标及其影响因素与控制方法,分享了淬火机床设备维护的思路及要点,旨在为曲轴感应淬火工艺优化与稳定生产提供理论依据和实践参考。

     

    Abstract: The wear resistance and fatigue strength of crankshaft journal surface directly determine the reliability and lifespan of automotive engines. Medium-frequency induction hardening technology has become the mainstream process for surface strengthening of modern crankshafts due to its significant advantages, including rapid heating, minimal deformation, low energy consumption, and efficient automation. This paper systematically analyzes the basic principle of medium frequency induction hardening and combines it with the mass production process to deeply analyze the key indicators of quenching quality, their influencing factors, and control methods. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the optimization and stable production of crankshaft induction hardening process.
