超高速激光熔覆技术及其新型涂层材料研究进展

Research progress of extreme high-speed laser coating technology and its novel coating materials

  • 摘要: 超高速激光熔覆作为一种新型的表面涂层制备技术,因其在提高材料表面性能、延长设备使用寿命以及推动新材料开发方面展现出的显著优势而受到广泛关注。国外在超高速激光熔覆技术的研究和应用方面起步较早,在基础研究、核心装备及特定工业应用方面已形成较为成熟的体系。国内虽然起步较晚,但近年来在理论研究和设备制造方面取得了显著进展,展现出巨大的发展潜力。尽管超高速激光熔覆技术具有诸多优势,但其发展仍面临一些挑战,包括材料限制、工艺参数优化等问题。本文介绍了超高速激光熔覆技术特点及优势,详细分析了超高速激光熔覆表面质量和微观结构的影响因素,综述了超高速激光熔覆新型涂层材料的研究进展,对超高速激光熔覆技术未来发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: As a new type of surface coating technology, extreme high-speed laser cladding(EHLC) has received widespread attention for its significant advantages in improving material surface properties, extending equipment life and promoting the development of new materials. The research and application of EHLC technology started earlier in foreign countries, and has formed a more mature technology and market. Overseas research and application of EHLC technology began earlier, with a relatively mature system established in fundamental research, core equipment, and specific industrial applications. Although domestic research started later, significant progress has been made in theoretical research and equipment manufacturing in recent years, demonstrating immense development potential. Despite its numerous advantages, EHLC technology still faces challenges, including material limitations and process parameter optimization. This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of EHLC technology, analyzes in detail the influencing factors of surface quality and microstructure of EHLC, summarizes the research progress of new coating materials for EHLC, and looks forward to the future development trend of EHLC technology.
