激光淬火对不同铜含量丝粉协同电弧增材制造Ti6Al4V-Cu合金的腐蚀性能影响
Effect of laser quenching on corrosion properties of Ti6Al4V-Cu alloy prepared by arc additive manufacturing with wire powder and different copper contents

摘要: 本研究采用新型丝粉协同电弧增材制造技术制备了不同Cu含量(2.4和7.9 wt.%)的Ti6Al4V-Cu合金,并分析了激光淬火对Ti6Al4V-Cu合金的影响。结果表明,该方法可成功制备成分均匀的Ti6Al4V-Cu合金。激光淬火提高了合金在3.5% NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性。Abstract: In this work, Ti6Al4V-Cu alloys with different Cu contents (2.4 and 7.9 wt.%) were prepared by a novel wire powder synergistic arc additive manufacturing technology, and the effect of laser quenching on the Ti6Al4V-Cu alloy was analyzed. The results show that this method can successfully prepare Ti6Al4V-Cu alloys with uniform composition. Laser quenching improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution.
