Welding technology for double-limb steel box arches in narrow space structures

  • 摘要: 希琥路(纹璜街—赞璋街)跨花山河桥梁工程上拱采用全焊双肢钢箱拱结构,上拱为全桥主要受力构件之一,具有焊缝质量要求高、焊缝密集、作业空间小的特点。为保障跨花山河项目生产需求,针对上拱主要的接头类型拟定了坡口形式、焊接方法、焊接位置、焊接材料与规范参数,进行了焊接工艺评定试验,并根据试验结果编制焊接工艺。通过对上拱结构深入分析,确定了合理的组焊顺序,并采取措施控制焊接变形,保证了焊接质量,为项目焊接生产奠定技术基础,对今后同类拱肋的制造与焊接具有借鉴作用。

     

    Abstract: The upper arch of the Xihu Road (Wenhuang Street - Zanzhang Street) bridge over Huashan River adopts a fully welded double-limb steel box arch structure. The upper arch is one of the main load-bearing components of the entire bridge, featuring high requirements for weld quality, dense welds, and a small working space. To ensure the production demands of the cross-Huashan River project, the bevel form, welding method, welding position, welding material and specification parameters were determined for the main joint types of the upper arch. Welding procedure qualification tests were carried out, and the welding process was compiled based on the test results. Through in-depth analysis of the upper arch structure, a reasonable assembly and welding sequence was determined, and measures were taken to control welding deformation, ensuring welding quality. This laid a technical foundation for the welding production of the project and has reference value for the manufacturing and welding of similar arch ribs in the future.
