Experimental study and application of stainless steel -weathering steel clad plates for bridges

  • 摘要: 介绍了我国正在开发的桥梁用S31603+Q420qENH不锈钢-耐候钢复合钢板的焊接试验研究,包括母材的化学成分、力学性能、热加工工艺性能试验、焊接性试验等,评价了S31603+Q420qENH钢板的综合力学性能、热加工性能和焊接性。针对S31603+Q420qENH复合钢板在大渡河特大桥项目上的应用,进行了焊接工艺评定试验,指导了大桥的生产制造,对S31603+Q420qENH复合钢板在其他项目中应用具有借鉴意义。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces the welding test research of S31603+Q420qENH application of stainless steel - weathering steel clad plates for bridges currently being developed in China, including the chemical composition, mechanical properties, hot processing performance tests, and weldability tests of the base material. The comprehensive mechanical properties, hot processing performance, and weldability of the S31603+Q420qENH steel plate are evaluated. A welding process qualification test was conducted for the application of S31603+Q420qENH clad plates in the Daduhe Grand Bridge project, which guided the production and manufacturing of the bridge and has reference significance for the application of S31603+Q420qENH composite steel plate in other projects.
