摘要: 对大截面渗碳齿轮轴生产过程中缺陷产生机理进行分析,发现缺陷性质为氢致白点,在缺陷处取样研究氢脆成因,进而采用冶炼、热处理措施进行工艺改进。Abstract: Analyze the formation mechanism of defects in the production process of large - section carburized gear shafts. It is found that the nature of the defects is hydrogen - induced flaking. Samples are taken at the defect locations to study the causes of hydrogen embrittlement. Subsequently, measures such as smelting and heat treatment are adopted to improve the process.
