Abstract:
Crawler cranes are widely used in rail transit, wind power, petrochemical, nuclear power and other large-scale projects because of their high lifting weight, high lifting height, good site adaptability and carrying capacity. As a crawler crane key load-bearing structure, Turntable composed of high strength steel plate welding, and has the characteristics of large size and heavy weight, its production quality directly decides the integral lifting performance and reliability of the product. In this paper, we design a crawler crane turntable anti-deformation tooling, suitable for different tonnage crawler crane products, which can effectively ensure the quality of rotary table production, reduce the labor intensity of workers.
