  • 摘要: 本文提出一种基于CAPP(计算机辅助工艺设计)与MES(制造执行系统)集成的真空热处理工艺信息化解决方案。通过构建工艺管理、生产管控、质量管控三大核心模块,实现工艺数据的结构化存储、生产过程的数字化监控及质量问题的可追溯性管理。应用案例表明,该系统使生产效率提升30%,产品合格率提高15%,能源消耗降低10%,有效解决工艺执行最后一公里的问题,为热处理智能化转型提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents a vacuum heat treatment process information solution based on CAPP ( Computer Aided Process Planning ) and MES ( Manufacturing Execution System ) integration. By constructing three core modules of process management, production control and quality control, the structured storage of process data, digital monitoring of production process and traceability management of quality problems are realized. The application case shows that the system improves the production efficiency by 30 %, the product qualification rate by 15 %, and the energy consumption by 10 %. It effectively solves the problem of the last kilometer of process execution and provides technical support for the intelligent transformation of heat treatment.
