焊接操作仿真模拟系统的有效性分析与改进途径

Effectiveness analysis and improvement approach of welding operation simulation system

  • 摘要: 通过文献总结和实机使用并与真实焊接对比,对当前市场上国内外的焊接操作仿真模拟系统,从其基本功能即实现焊接操作模拟训练的角度,对其有效性进行分析与评判。结果表明,当前的焊接操作仿真模拟系统虽可初步实现在虚拟环境中进行焊接操作训练,具有一定效果并在某些方面比真实焊接具有优势,但存在模拟失真、评判不准确等问题,其有效性不足且效费比不高。最后针对当前焊接操作仿真模拟系统存在的问题和不足,提出改进的途径与方法。

     

    Abstract: Based on literature review, use of the systems and comparison between the systems and real welding, and in the view of their basic functions, the realization of simulated welding operation training, this essay is to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of welding operation simulation systems of domestic and foreign brands on market, basing on their basic functions. Results show that although current welding operation simulation systems can initially realize welding operation training in virtual environment, but effects are limited, and problems exist: such as simulation distortion, inaccurate evaluation, low effectiveness and low effectiveness-cost ratio. At the end of this essay, suggestions for improvements are put forward according to the shortcomings of current welding operation simulation systems.
