5356焊丝对6061铝合金焊接接头热处理性能的影响

Influence of 5356 welding wire on the properties of 6061 aluminum alloy welded joint after heat treatment

  • 摘要: 为探究国产5356焊丝对6061铝合金焊后热处理性能的影响,采用惰性气体保护焊(MIG)进行焊接,后采用固溶处理、固溶+时效处理制备试件。利用显微硬度计、拉伸试验机、扫描电镜(SEM)表征了焊接区域。结果表明:固溶+时效处理后热影响区硬度达到110HV,焊接接头强度增加了18.6%、伸长率下降了25%。

     

    Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of domestic 5356 welding wire on the properties of 6061 aluminum alloy after post-weld heat treatment, inert gas shielded welding(MIG) was used for welding. The samples were prepared through solution treatment and solution treatment + aging treatment. The welding area was characterized by microhardness tester, tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results show that after solution treatment + aging treatment, the hardness of the heat-affected zone reaches 110HV, the strength of the welded joint increases by 18.6%, and the elongation decreases by 25%.
