水下电氧切割专用控制装置设计研究

Design and Research of a Specialized Control Device for Underwater Oxygen-Arc Cutting

  • 摘要: 本文针对水下电氧切割作业中控制器材分散、不易操作的问题,设计了一套集成电路控制、氧气控制和切割参数控制的专用控制装置。该装置特别考虑了安全性、高效性、便捷性和间接操作等关键特性,旨在优化潜水员在水下进行切割作业的效率和安全性。实验结果表明,该装置能够显著提升水下切割作业的可控性和操作便利性。

     

    Abstract: According to the characteristics of underwater oxygen-arc cutting operations where control equipment is scattered and difficult to manage, a specialized control device that integrates circuit control, oxygen control, and cutting parameter control has been designed. The design takes into account the safety, efficiency, convenience, and indirect operation of the equipment, making it more suitable for underwater cutting operations by divers.
