不同热处理工艺对轴承座零件机械性能的影响

Influence of different heat treatment processes on mechanical properties of bearing seat parts

  • 摘要: 为了解决矿用刮板机轴组使用的轴承座零件调质开裂问题,针对实际生产制造中出现的两种材料,制定三种淬火剂、四种温度的试验方案并实施,分析机械性能结果,得到最佳参数,提高了产品性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of quenching and tempering cracking of bearing seat parts used in shaft group of mine scraper, aiming at two kinds of materials appearing in actual production, three kinds of quenching agents and four kinds of temperature test schemes are formulated and implemented, and the mechanical performance results are analyzed, and the best parameters are obtained, which improves the product performance.
