基于数值模拟的ZL104转座砂型铸造工艺优化研究

Optimization on Sand Casting Process of ZL104 Swivel Base Castings Based on Numerical Simulation

  • 摘要: 基于铝合金铸件转座的材料特性、结构特点与服役要求等,本文初步设计了该铸件的开放式中注式浇注系统工艺方案,并进行ZL104转座铸造工艺数值模拟与分析。基于其充型过程、凝固过程产生的缩孔缩松等缺陷的仿真模拟结果,通过增设冒口、冷铁对该铝合金转座铸件的铸造工艺进行改进。优化的铸造工艺模拟结果表明:转座缩孔缩松缺陷得到了基本消除,最终工艺出品率达到了74.1%。

     

    Abstract: Based on material characteristics, structural features and service requirements of ZL104 swivel base castings, an open top-gating system was preliminarily designed in this paper, and numerical simulation and analysis of the sand casting process were carried out. According to the simulation results of shrinkage cavity and porosity defects generated during mold filling and solidification, the sand casting process of the swivel base castings was improved by adding risers and chills. The optimized casting process simulation results show that the shrinkage defects are effectively controlled, and the final process yield reaches 74.1%.
