Application of sand mold printing technology in intake pipe development stage

  • The development of 3D printing technology of sand mold is very fast,which solves the problem of sand mold and sand core production of complex shape parts,and breaks through the process of mold first and then sand mold.As a traditional special production process,the selection of casting process,casting material,casting mode of production and process parameters is different with different casting characteristics and quality requirements.The application of sand mold 3D printing technology requires high level of foundry process design.The complex products must be combined with foundry process design and process simulation optimization software.This paper presents the process,technology and method used in the production of intake pipe through the development of intake pipe.
