07MnNiMoDR/10Ni3MoVD Steel Submerged Arc Automatic Welding Process Test

In this study, the submerged arc welding process between 07MnNiMoDR steel plate and 10Ni3MoVD forgings for high strength steel spherical tank was studied. The content of the test includes the selection of welding material, the welding of test plate, and the mechanical properties test after different heat treatment and holding time. The results show that the test plate is welded with EF1 wire and F9P6-EF1-F1 flux, and after heat treatment of 575±15°C, the holding temperature is 2h, 4h, 6h respectively, the mechanical properties of the welded joints meet the standard and design requirements.
