The Training Mode and Practice of Applied Talents in Intelligent Welding Technology under the Background of “New Dual High” and “Intelligent Era”

Against the backdrop of the “New Dual High” and “Intelligent Era” construction, cultivating applied talents is an important and long-term route that China's vocational education must adhere to. Centering on the goal of cultivating applied talents, this paper studies and explores the cultivation model of applied talents in intelligent welding technology under the background of “New Dual High”+“Intelligent Era” construction. It proposes a “five-coordinated education model” as the foundation, a progressive teaching project course system construction as the guidance, an “integration of knowledge and action, three promotions and three creations” progressive teaching process as the method, multi-dimensional assessment, three-stage progressive, and the implementation of ideological and political education evaluation system as the approach, to form a talent cultivation plan and core course teaching implementation plan for applied talents in intelligent welding technology. Practice has proved that the talent cultivation plan and core course teaching implementation plan for applied talents in intelligent welding technology provide high feasibility and practical necessity for cultivating high-skilled and high-quality applied talents with the characteristics of “mechanical and electrical craftsmanship, virtue and skill excellenc”.
