Abstract
Aluminum alloy, as a key lightweight structural material, is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, shipbuilding and other fields. Rolling forming is one of the main plastic forming methods for aluminum alloy forming, and precise control of its properties by controlling its micro structure has become a key research direction. Based on this, this article systematically reviews the research progress of micro structure and performance control technology in aluminum alloy rolling forming, with a focus on analyzing the influence of process parameters such as temperature, deformation, and rolling speed on micro structure evolution, as well as the role of alloy composition and heat treatment process optimization in performance control.
