  • Laser cladding is an effective surface modification technology, which can improve the wear performance of metal parts and prolong the service life of metal parts. Nickel-based alloy powder has been widely used in laser cladding materials because of its advantages such as good wettability, excellent performance and suitable price. This paper summarizes the research status of the influence of different substances in laser cladding nickel-based alloy cladding layer on its wear performance, looks forward to the future direction of nickel-based alloy cladding layer, and plays a reference role for people to understand the wear status of nickel-based alloy cladding layer
