Thoughts and Practices on the Innovative Reform of Aviation Materials Welding Course Teaching under the Background of Low-altitude Economy

  • The low-altitude economy, as a strategic emerging industry of the country, has brought about new requirements for aircraft manufacturing and maintenance talents. The teaching system of aviation material welding, as a core process, is facing multiple challenges such as new materials, new technologies, new standards, and the cultivation of comprehensive capabilities. This paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of the low-altitude economy industry and the changes in the demand for welding talents, and systematically reflects the deficiencies in the current teaching of aviation material welding courses in terms of target positioning, content update, teaching mode, practical conditions, and evaluation mechanism. Based on this, a teaching innovation reform path centered on “demand-driven, ability-oriented, virtual-real integration, and multi-party collaboration” has been proposed and implemented, including reconfiguring the "three-dimensional integrated" course goal system, constructing the "four-new integrated" modularized course content, innovating the “virtual-real integration, task-driven” teaching mode, creating the "three-in-one" practical teaching platform, and establishing the “multivariate and multi-dimensional” dynamic evaluation system. Through the pilot practice at Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, students՚ job readiness ability, innovation awareness, and professional quality have been effectively enhanced, providing a feasible solution for cultivating aviation welding technical skills talents that meet the high-quality development requirements of the low-altitude economy.
