Vacuum heat treatment process information solution : digital practice based on CAPP and MES system integration

This paper presents a vacuum heat treatment process information solution based on CAPP ( Computer Aided Process Planning ) and MES ( Manufacturing Execution System ) integration. By constructing three core modules of process management, production control and quality control, the structured storage of process data, digital monitoring of production process and traceability management of quality problems are realized. The application case shows that the system improves the production efficiency by 30 %, the product qualification rate by 15 %, and the energy consumption by 10 %. It effectively solves the problem of the last kilometer of process execution and provides technical support for the intelligent transformation of heat treatment.
