Abstract
In this paper, the changes of the structure and properties of the spinning titanium cylinder were studied by keeping the titanium cylinders at 510°C, 520°C, 530°C and 540°C for the same time. The results show that: The grain size grade and conductivity of the titanium cylinder increased first and then decreased with the increase of the temperature. At 520℃, the grain size grade reached the highest grade 12 and the conductivity reached 3.44%IACS. The hardness and tensile strength of titanium cylinder decreased with the increase of annealing temperature, the hardness decreased from 190.56HV in spinning state to 133.57HV at 540℃, and the tensile strength gradually decreased from 434MPa in spinning state to 296MPa, the elongation increased from 24.3% to 44.3%.
