Influence of different heat treatment processes on mechanical properties of bearing seat parts

In order to solve the problem of quenching and tempering cracking of bearing seat parts used in shaft group of mine scraper, aiming at two kinds of materials appearing in actual production, three kinds of quenching agents and four kinds of temperature test schemes are formulated and implemented, and the mechanical performance results are analyzed, and the best parameters are obtained, which improves the product performance.
