Effect of different solid solution heat treatment processes on the properties of N08120 nickel alloy

  • Investigated the effect of solid solution heat treatment process at 1110~1190℃on the mechanical properties and microstructure of N08120 nickel alloy steel plate.The results show that as the solution treatment temperature increases,the plasticity and surface corrosion resistance of the alloy improve;Below 1190℃,as the solid solution time increases,the plasticity and surface corrosion resistance of the alloy first improve and then deteriorate.
