Research and analysis on the influence of heat treatment system on the mechanical properties of ER316H deposited metal

  • 3Cr13 steel deposited with ER316H welding material has been widely used in pressure vessels such as large power plant boilers and nuclear power units due to its excellent corrosion resistance and creep resistance.However,due to the high residual stress during welding,it is easy to cause cracking in the weld seam and heat affected zone,which affects the application of this material in large boilers and other pressure vessels.To solve this problem,residual stress can be reduced by controlling the heat treatment system,thereby improving the application of ER316H welding material in large boilers and other pressure vessels.This article uses methods such as metallographic analysis,hardness testing,tensile testing,and impact testing to study the effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of ER316H welding material deposited metal,providing reference for the use of materials for large boilers and pressure vessels.
