Design of circular bar conveying mechanism for forging bearing blanks

  • In the production process of bearing rings, forging is the first step, mainly including pre heating, cutting,induction heating, pier roughening, reverse extrusion punching blind hole, piercing the bottom and high punching material core, rolling and shaping, and other processes. Before the forging process, specifically before the circular bar enters pre heating, a suitable circular bar conveying mechanism is needed to ensure the transportation of the circular bar, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the later forging production line and better improve forging efficiency. For this purpose, the company has designed and developed a circular bar conveying mechanism for the side and straight conveying of circular bar materials before the forging process.
