The effect of hot riveting temperature on the fatigue performance of anchor bars for 20Mn2 steel cold drawn wire rods

  • To select the appropriate hot riveting temperature for 20Mn2 steel cold drawn wire rod anchor bolts to ensure their fatigue performance, fatigue tests were conducted on cold drawn wire rod anchor bolts at three different hot riveting temperature processes: 200℃(low-temperature hot riveting), 500℃(medium temperature hot riveting),and 800℃(high-temperature hot riveting). The effect of hot riveting temperature on the fatigue performance of cold drawn wire rod anchor bolts was analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in the fatigue performance of cold drawn wire rod anchor bolts under different hot riveting temperature processes, with the 500℃hot riveting temperature process having the best fatigue performance.
