Anti-deformation method of thin-wall parts by deep carburizing and quenching

  • In order to overcome the deformation caused by carburizing and quenching of thin-wall parts with deep carburizing, through the design of work-piece structure and special anti-deformation device, both ends of the thickness direction can be carburized and quenched, and the deformation can be controlled, ensure uniform hardening layer, improve the wear resistance of parts, make product quality stable and reliable.
