  • 18Cr2Ni4WA steel is an alloy carburizing steel commonly used in aviation. The stability of carburizing quality directly affects the reliability and service life of products. This paper introduces the selection and control of carburizing temperature, carburizing time and carbon potential of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, and the test method of carburizing layer performance. The process parameters of different carburizing layer depth are also determined by tests.
