Welding process analysis of high strength steel robot for radar antenna skeleton

  • Domestically produced Q690D high-strength structural steel has gradually replaced the application of imported high-strength steel in the development of a certain type of radar. This article introduces the use of robot welding technology to weld the Q690D high-strength steel of a certain radar antenna skeleton, analyzes its welding performance, and conducts robot welding process analysis based on the welding performance. The conclusion is that after robot welding, non-destructive penetration testing shows good weld quality, meeting technical requirements,and ultimately applied to the production task of robot welding of high-strength steel of radar antenna skeleton.
