Deformation control in machining of marine gearbox input shaft assemblies

This paper analyzes the blank manufacturing, thin-walled part heat treatment deformation control methods,and electron beam welding deformation control methods of marine gearbox input shaft assemblies. It provides an effective solution to solve the manufacturing difficulties associated with marine gearbox input shaft assemblies.
