Research on the problem of pointlike peeling on the nitride surface of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV material after grinding

  • After parts of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV stainless steel were nitrided, point-like peeling was found on the nitrided surface after grinding. This paper studied the morphology and distribution of point-like peeling, the microstructure and hardness of the nitrided layer, and explored the reasons for the point-like peeling after grinding the nitrided layer. It also proposed a solution to the problem.
