Research on heat treatment process of WB36 steel for medium-frequency induction heating bending pipes

  • Tests were carried out on the water-cooled forming of WB36 steel medium-frequency bends. After the pipes were bent, tempering+normalizing and tempering were respectively performed on the bent pipe areas to improve the hardness, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the bent pipe areas. On the premise of ensuring the forming quality of the bent pipe areas to be qualified, the properties of the medium-frequency bent pipe areas are made to meet the requirements of relevant standards.
