Abstract
Welding deformation is mainly due to unreasonable welding heat input and welding sequence, resulting in residual stress concentration or uneven division of structural parts after welding. The most common method for eliminating welding stress is to perform overall heat treatment on the workpiece after welding to minimize stress. This paper introduces the post-welding heat treatment process of Marine engine frame structure, and provides a standardized explanation for construction operations.
