  • Based on the actual production, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the reasons for frequent ETR grounding alarms after the accumulation of iron slag at the bottom of the furnace, including the structural form of the fixed-point casting smelting furnace, the changes in the gap between the dust-proof plate of the furnace body and the dust-proof plate of the furnace frame when tilting at different angles. Change the design of the dust prevention components in front of the furnace; An aluminum plate protection device for vibration and noise reduction has been added on the outer side of the furnace frame; Setting up slag discharge slots and optimizing coil design in the triangular area of the furnace bottom that is prone to slag accumulation effectively prevent iron slag from scattering to the furnace bottom.
