During the welding process of thick plate traction beam, it is easy to have quality problems such as groove on the weld surface, deep weld pressure, broken pin of stirring head, etc. During the friction stir welding welding process, the welding quality problems can be effectively reduced and the welding efficiency of traction beam can be improved by optimizing the welding equipment, welding parameters and the design of stirring head.
