Abstract
With the rapid development of new quality productive forces, welding technology has become increasingly important in advanced manufacturing, placing higher demands on high-level welding professionals. Based on an analysis of the connotation of new quality productive forces, this paper examines the alignment between welding education and industry needs, identifying issues such as outdated curricula, monotonous teaching methods, and superficial industry-university collaboration in current talent cultivation. Systematic strategies are proposed from the perspectives of curriculum optimization, teaching innovation, integration of industry and education, and improvement of evaluation mechanisms. This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of welding education, contributing to the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and achieving high-quality development goals.
