The tensile strength of the sample is 832MPa, the yield strength is 722MPa, and The forward impact absorption energy is 93J, the lateral impact absorption energy is 74J, and the backward impact absorption energy is 84J, all meet the relevant requirements of the base material. The coating has no defects such as pores or cracks, uniform structure.It can be seen that the laser cladding process is feasible for repairing the fan spindle.
