Research on the application of manufacturing technology for key processes of conveyor chain wheel shaft

A conveyor chain wheel shaft is difficult to manufacture in terms of gas cutting shape, induction quenching, rectangular inner spline processing, etc. Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process flow,process experiments are conducted to study the above difficulties, and the manufacturing of the chain wheel shaft is completed. The product inspection meets the technical requirements, providing application reference for the processing and manufacturing of similar structural products.
